What we expect from every hire
The standard our clients see starts with who we hire. Officers wear Class A uniform, show up on time, write clear reports, and treat residents and visitors with respect.
Every hire is licensed and verified before being scheduled on a post.

For current iGlobal officers
If you already work for iGlobal Security Group, you are eligible for GRDX units and get a leg up over outside applicants. That advantage is real, but it does not replace the bar.
iGlobal officers still pass GRDX standards, testing, and the background check before moving into a GRDX unit.
Who you will work for
Our leaders include an Army military police veteran, a former D.C. police officer, an FBI-certified hostage negotiator, and a retired sheriff's office Inspector General. You will learn from people who have done this work for decades.
A supervisor is on duty around the clock, so no officer is left alone on a post without backup on the phone.
